About Me
My name is Georgia and I am 24 years old. I graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2021 with a degree in Social Work. Despite being a qualified social worker, I have always loved looking after children and decided that childcare was the job for me. I currently work in a private day nursery and have a range of experience of working with children. Although I enjoy nursery work, I am looking to move on to something a little bit different and look forward to new opportunities!
My Experience
I have a range of experience working with children primarily aged between 0-5, however I am open to looking after children of any age. My experience includes college placements in primary schools, university placements in a looked after children’s team and my current job in a nursery. I have worked at the nursery since January 2022 and have worked with all age groups that we cater for. This has allowed me to learn how to meet the needs of a child, as well as help them develop a range of skills in accordance to the EYFS and their own personal next steps.

BA(hons) Social Work

I am looking for weekday work only. Hours are negotiable, however please note I am not looking for evening work.
