About Me
Hello! I am a psychology student hoping to go into clinical psychology specialising in children (long way to go). I love spending time outdoors (climbing, hillwalking, skiing, skydiving, scuba diving – anything) and trying new things. I’m trying to learn Spanish and the violin and trying to better myself in drawing and painting.
My Experience
I am one of 9 children, so I spent a lot of time surrounded by them, often looking after my younger siblings. I have two younger nephews which I also regularly babysit when home, but also have experience with children which are not related to me. I babysat for my bronze (3 months), silver (6 months) and gold (1 year) Duke of Edinburgh awards and spent a summer in Slovakia looking after a 5-year-old girl while her parents worked. Any experience gained during Duke of Edinburgh was with children of varying ages, from babies to toddlers to teenagers.
