About Me
I'm a 22 year old student at home in Highworth for the summer. I'm very passionate about education; I'd like to be a teacher after uni so I would love some more experience with kids of varying ages and would be happy to provide any help with homework/ tutoring. I don't drive so local would be best but happy to travel into Swindon if necessary. I enjoy walking, reading and lots of coffee lol. Love cooking so more than happy to keep your little ones well fed if your working late or something. I'm absolutely useless at sports but could probably manage a kick-about at the park without any fatal injuries. I love animals so absolutely great if you have any pet! Other than that I have a pretty good sense of humour and ability to communicate with people of different ages/ needs. Working in customer service for 6 years has given me the gift of patience so I'm quite pretty easygoing, and very chatty!
My Experience
I've babysat for family friends on numerous occasions throughout my life. I used to regularly do the school pick up/drop off's for family friends as well as staying overnight in some cases.
I used to volunteer with my mother's work doing activities and sports games, crafts etc with children whilst I was in college.
Summer events with the Neighbourhood Wardens (organising games and activities)
I've worked at Costa since I was 16 but left a few months ago to focus on university and gain more experience with kids/teaching.
I've helped out with my family's furniture business from ages 11-18.
My Qualifications
Currently studying a History Degree at Swansea University.
A-Levels : History - B , Politics, - C Business - C
My Availability
I have high availability as I'm just a student home for the summer lol. I'm local to Highworth and will be fully available from early July till September. (a couple weeks end of May/early June - cat sitting for my mother for 2 weeks in Pinehurst, could be available feel free to enquire).
