Hi, I have been an Ofsted registered Childminder since 2005. At my last inspection Ofsted rated me as Good.
I am a mum to two boys aged 19 and 16. I live in a 3 bedroom house with my husband and my boys. We also have a cocker spaniel called Bertie.
We have a large extensive range of toys for all ages, lots of arts and crafts items, books, puzzles and dressing up clothes - an endless list. We have a large secure garden with a swing, slide, sandpit, playhouse, ride on toys and lots of other garden toys. The lower part of the garden is decked and secured from the remainder of the garden if necessary so children can play out doors even on damp / wet days.
We attend regular playgroups and childminding groups, visit the park, go to soft play, the library and local farms. I fit all activities and days out around the children in my care to ensure naps, feeds and quiet times are included.
We also have an allotment so children have their own area to experience growing fruit, veg or flowers. Its a safe peaceful area and offers fantastic experience to see how the food on their plate is produced from seed to picking.
My main aim is to provide a warm, friendly, home environment for your child so they can play and learn in a secure setting.
My Experience
I have been a Childminder since September 2005. I have looked after children ranging from 4 months to 12 years.
I also have experience of caring for children with special needs
A mum to two boys aged 19 and 16.
My Qualifications
CRB checked
First Aid Trained (this has to be retaken every 3 years)
Safeguarding trained
OFSTED registered
Food safety and hygiene trained
I continue to attend regular courses to keep up to date with current legislations.
My Availability
I have full time and term time only spaces.
I can currently offer full or part time vacancies from Monday to Thursday
My normal working hours are 8am to 6pm. However I can be flexible.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£6.00 per hour Breakfast, Lunch and snacks included. I do not provide a cooked evening meal however I do offer a substantial afternoon snack.
