About Me
Hi, I'm Nicola, Nic or Nicnic, I answer to any! and I have a daughter who was born in December 2014.
I enjoy bodypump, swimming and walking around the countryside.
I like to make the time as fun as possilbe for the children in my care, with things such as picnics (even if it ends up being on a rug indoors due to bad weather), creative activites, baking and so much more!
My Experience
I have experience with children aged 3mths+ (that are not my own or relations)
I have 24 year’s experience in childcare from being a nanny to working in a primary school, I’ve also worked in nurseries, preschools and holiday kids clubs in France and Italy.
I have good knowledge of the EYFS and plenty of fun and learning activities up my sleeve.
My Qualifications
I have NVQ level 3 in early years care and education.
I am a qualified baby massage instructor and Peer or peer Massage instructor.
I am paediatric 1st Aid trained.
I have completed safeguarding training and food hygiene.
I have also completed many other early years play based trainings.
I have been nick named 'Mary Poppins' by a previous family I nannied for.
My Availability
Spaces available from beginning of August 2024.
Including holiday care for school aged children and part or full time spaces for under 5’s.
School drop off and pick up from Bugbrooke Community Primary School.
Spaces are filling, on a Wednesday I only have 1 day time space left and 1 before/afterschool space left.
