My Summary
About Me
I always endeavour to be outside with children in my care and make the most of the lovely seaside and plenty parks and woodland walks we have in the town. children all year round. My home has a flat back garden which is fully fenced in and safe for children playing in. I have a selection of outdoor toys bikes and scooters and climbing equipment as well. I have recently became a member of Resource Base which is a part of Fife Council allowing it's members to hire Toys for the garden or the house. They deliver and collect the toys every fortnight, so the Children are getting a wide range of different toys to play with and for all ages.
My Experience
I became a registered Childminder with SCSWIS on the 7th March 2012 but feel the fact that I have four children of my own does give me a bit of experience when it comes to children. I hope!!
My Qualifications
I am a member of Scottish Childminding Association.
I have done a few courses to further my experience as a Childminder. These are : First Aid for baby & childcare, Getting it right for every child, Child led planning & Child protection. Also have a Positive Behaviour course coming up soon. I enjoy these courses and what they offer me so I have a better understanding of what is expected of a Childminder. Along with getting to speak to other Childminders as well.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
I charge £5.00 per hour for pre-school age. If a child is in Playgroup or Nursery I will charge half of that rate for the time they are in Playgroup or Nursery. If I have more than one child from the same family I will give a discount taking £4.00 for the second child. My rate for a school age is £5.10 however if a meal at the end of the day is required there will be an addtional fee of £1 per day.
