About Me
*I am not currently looking for a nanny role *
I am looking to be employed by a family as I am not self employed.
I am a qualified nanny with over 25 years childcare experience.
I pride myself to be enthusiastic, hard working, reliable, loving & caring, trustworthy, patient, organised and self-motivated. I am OFSTED registered and can accept childcare vouchers, I also have current DBS and up to date first Aid certificate.
I organise all aspects of the children’s day, providing them all with a fun, happy and stimulating environment at all times. I organise taking the children out and about to various groups and classes encouraging them to learn to socialise with others and experience new things. I plan fun, age appropriate activities such as cooking,art and crafts etc with the children as well as supporting them in all stages of their development. I also take care of all nursery duties and am very good at multi-tasking!

My Experience
I have over 25 Years of childcare experience.
I qualified in 1997, then worked in a Day Nursery as a Head of room for
3.5 years.
I then moved to a different Day Nursery and worked with all age groups including
Head of Room in the Baby unit and also in the Pre school room, then as Deputy manager. I worked there for 8.5 years.
Whilst working as a nanny I have worked with children ageing from new born to 11 years old, which has included 4 sets of twins.
I’ve been with my current nanny family for 9 years but my role is sadly being made redundant.
My Qualifications
OFSTED registered- At my last OFSTED inspection, I received very positive feedback.
Current 1st Aid certificate.
DBS
NNEB.
10 GCSE qualifications A-C grades.
My Availability
I'm looking for a part time nanny role, due to my current job coming to an end due to redundancy after 9 years.
I’m ideally looking for a 2 day a week position (could maybe do 3 if was the right fit)
I’m available on a Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - I’m flexible with hours and can do full or half days.
Im looking start mid March 2024 but I do have some flexibility with this.
I would also be very happy to consider a before / after school role with house keeping duties when the children are at school.
