I couldn't rate this setting highly enough. I started university in September '22, and was really nervous about placing my daughter with a childminder as it was new to me. We searched really hard, and came across Riggles and Giggles, and i'm so glad we did. My daughter has struggled with transitions, as she was a covid baby so was with us all the time and that's all she knew. Fast forward to now and she tells us how excited she is to be able to go into the setting and really looks forward to being picked up from school by Dawn, to which she has been so helpful, adaptable and accommodating with. We have always been very well informed about how she is getting on throughout the day, through pictures which we really appreciate seeing, and are always kept informed about what she has eaten also.
There are ample activities in the setting, an amazing variety and all very inclusive and suit children's needs and wants. There are different things everyday, and we really enjoy seeing the lovely art she brings home with her that she has created in setting also.
We are very very grateful to have found Dawn, she is part of the family now, and my daughter has come on so much in her confidence since being there. Dawn is currently working alongside ourselves and our health visitor with evident sensory issues, and are in the process of identifying additional needs. We have been thoroughly supported in this journey and Dawn is very experienced in health and educational needs.
She has a very broad and extensive knowledge of nutrition and oral health, and child behavior. My daughter has started eating much better since being in this setting, and now eats a lovely healthy diet, and enjoys taking fruit to setting to prepare herself whilst she is there. This has been invaluable to us as a family.
There are trips out, to the local park and other local areas. The children are very well looked after outside of the setting and all risks are assessed to keep the children safe and secure.
Once again, thank you so much for being an invaluable help and support for all of us, we couldn't thank you enough. Highly, highly recommend to any other parents!

Dawn has been fantastic with my daughter in the time she's spent childminding her. Upon me relocating to the area she made every effort to accommodate my childs application, introduction and our needs.
She maintained regular contact during the transition making it so much more reassuring that my child was in good hands.
She takes the children on outings to parks, splash parks, play areas and the nearby market place.
Im kept up to date with pictures of my childs day. Her setting has a huge range of quality toys especially role play settings like shops and stalls which my child took a particular shine to. My child also frequently brings home pictures she made in the day.
Dawn, early on supplied brilliant guidance on healthy eating /nutrition, oral health and wotked from personal development plans for the individual childs needs.
I highly recommend this lady and her services.

My 4 month old has been having over night care for nearly 2 months now, once a week for 12 hours. Dawn updates me with what he has eaten each morning and is great at communicating. She cleans and sterelise's the bottles for me which is a great help for the next day. My little one is always happy to see dawn and always has a great night with her. She stays up all night with him to tend to any needs he has. Super flexible and a great childminder.

I was contacted by Dawn when I was looking for child care for my youngest 2 and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
She looks after my youngest two 2 nights a week collecting them from 2 different schools. They love there time there, with such a wide collection of excellent toys, healthy snacks and a lovely safe place to play. She's listens to the children and leans about them and what they are interested in and they really enjoy there time there.
She also has covered holiday cover for me when my MIL has been on holiday, collecting the children for a full week.

We asked to meet Dawn who told us we could see photos only of the internal part of the house and could meet on the patio. I explained I would prefer to see where my son would be during the day but this wasn’t an option. Seemed strange to me. Quick to reply to tell me she’d offer the space to someone else who was waiting for it 🤷🏻♂️

With the ongoing Covid pandemic. I still currently make appointments with parents as mentioned on this review in the garden on the patio to stay as safe as possible by not entering my work environment. My wishes are respected by other clients that are very happy viewing photos of the internal part of my setting and are amazed by them. I have had no covid cases nor have I had this, so the way I'm working alongside parents says something unlike alot of other settings.
I also found it very rude of Scott to have left star ratings on my profile regards my setting when I have never arranged to meet the person or child involved. These ratings was removed being untrue due to the inaccuracy of them. It's beyond me how some people like to make things up with no evidence to support this and just waste their time!
I did mention that I had just recently had my Ofsted inspection and the inspector was very amazed with the equipment and resources I have available for all ages of children. I passed and met all criteria.
I did also inform him that I had let the place go to another parent (as he mentioned) since he did not require it for a few months or wish to meet. So he was very quick in putting this in his review which was irrelevant when he did not want to take up the place himself but judged me in letting it go 🤷♀️

I work weekends and I am very happy with how flexible Dawn has been with childcare.
The kids always come home excited to tell me about their day and I always get a quick response when I’m just checking in with how their day is going.
Prior to using Dawn for childcare, the children went to family whilst I was working so this is the first time I’ve used a childminder but I feel at ease when the kids are there.
I would highly recommend.

Dawn is amazing with my little boy! Everytime I have dropped him off hes never cried and got upset! So obviously my son enjoys and trusts Dawn!
Her flexibility is brilliant and always gets my son in even if I've given her late requests! Early drop ofs are no problem and Dawn is very punctual.
Dawn is very professional which puts my mind at ease in regards to my babys safety and environment.
She keeps me updated during the day with what my son has been doing and sends pictures, which reassures you massively!
I could not recommend Riggles and Giggles enough!

highly recommended.. this lady looked after my triplets for a 24hr period withing that time my children were cleaned fed a provided with activities I was updated with pictures and kept informed my children came home so happy and content and shared their lovely experience with me saying they would be happy to go again I'm very happy and would recommend this lady to anyone such a warm friendly manner and profesionism

Dawn is a professional, kind childminder, she provides a safe & fun play area, when she takes my child out & about, she keeps me updated of what activities they been doing with photo`s via WhatsApp, My child is happy to be in her care, the environment is with lots of play,
Dawn is welcoming when I go to collect my child from her,
Would recommend.
