My boys had a really nice day. My older boy showed us the pictures he painted. After we drop off the kids we will receive text messages about how the boys doing during the day. Well recommend. We finally found trusted childcare service.

Dawn is wonderful always does her best to have my son for me to work, flexible hours when she's needed, shes wonderful with my lad and he loves going to her on a regular basis, shes qualified and available 7 days a week and also available for overnight stays too

Dawn is very kind and caring person I can’t thanks her enough for taking on my 8 months old son for the first time at the last minutes. I would recommend to anyone

Dawn is an excellent child minder. Very professional and knows exactly what she's doing. My girls really enjoy going to dawn's as she keeps them nice and busy with lots to do.
Dawn is highly recommended by myself.

My lads had fun there. Really enjoyed it. Very understanding as my youngest son is undergoing diagnosis for adhd. Would recommend.

I needed to find childminder very quick as my previous one let me down due to my son not being able to settle. So i needed to find childminder at very short notice. I contacted Dawn through the childcare website, she was very friendly and took my son from the following week with no hesitation. The first few weeks my son cried when i dropped him of but i would say that is normal for a small child in a strange place, he has now been going to Dawn’s on Wednesday and Thursday for a few months and is now always very happy to go. She has lots of toys, books and cds that children can play and enjoy. She is flexible and if i need someone to look after him at short notice she is always very happy to take him if she is available.Dawn provides healthy food and my child is always ready when I go pick him up. She is sending pictures throughout the day and you always knows what your child doing and how they feeling.

I can't recommend Dawn highly enough. Myself, my partner & my son were travelling from Chester
to visit the area for the weekend. We were looking for a childminder for the Sunday so we could participate
in a course. I contacted Dawn to see if she was available after being impressed by her profile. She said that she was on holiday & wouldn't be back until mid October. So I thanked her for her swift replies & proceeded to look for another childminder. We managed to find someone else but became disillusioned with the contact from this person. It turned out that the day before we needed the daycare we were having to look of another childminder. I messaged Dawn again on the off chance and she said yes she could look after him. I immediately stopped worrying as the contact from Dawn was fast & very organised. Everything was arranged perfectly & professionally. We arrived the next morning to sign all the relevant paperwork and our son was very happy to stay and play with Dawn. I received pictures via WhatsApp & I rang at lunchtime to have a check-in with how he was doing. When we came to collect him he didn't want to leave, he'd had such a good time. We felt confident & happy with having Dawn looking after our son. We were also sent a message with a list of food that he had during the day. Dawn helped us out with very short notice & managed it professionally & seamlessly. We will definitely be visiting Dawn again for childcare when we are in the area. If you're looking for childcare in this area Dawn is absolutely the person to come to.

My regular childminder has booked holidays that I could not get off from work, so my boys have gone to dawn for a few sessions, with more booked in. There is a positive environment, with plenty of age appropriate toys and a nutritious menu on offer.

My 2 children (aged 7 and 9) have been going to Dawn for the last 4 months after After - school club. They really like going as they know they can play and eat lol. they get dropped off to her, while im at full time work They get to go out to the local park and play on her garden, in the summer house and with all the toys, watch dvds and read books, Dawn will have the children up until 8pm if i need her to as my job is very stressful and sometimes im on call which makes it harder to get home at the times previously booked. Dawn is very flexible with the drop off/ pick up times which I appreciate very much. She helps the children with their homework and gives them a healthy evening meal whether it be sandwiches or a cooked meal. When i come and pick the children up she has a signing in and out book which i like as i know my children are safe, plus she lets me know how much i owe in fees and on the last day i get the money out on my way home and pay her in cash to which she promptly gives me a recipt for. Her certificates and qualifications are regularly updated and shes a dab hand at first aid with my sons frequent nosebleeds! Thankyou for all that you do x

Very pleased with the cover given by riggles and giggles. Was very prompt with cover at such short notice. Kian had a great time playing was sent regular updates on my sons play time to put my mind at ease. Deffo recommend and will be using riggles and giggles for future cover. Brilliant job and very professional ?
