About Me
Hello my name is Adele, I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Loughton and I have 3 daughters aged 23 years, 20 years and 11 years.
As a mum myself I know the pressures of finding good quality childcare that compliments your own beliefs and principless. It is therefore my aim to provide a stimulating and fun environment for children of all ages, yet keep it a relaxed place to emulate a home from home feeling.
It is very important to me to have a good relationship with parents and to make sure children feel safe and secure and most of all have fun whilst in my care.
My Experience
I have 3 children of my own so that's where my experience begins.
I have worked for EFDC play schemes as a team leader with children aged 5 to 12 years. I was the Brownie leader to the Trinity church Brownies for 2 years, the girls were aged 7-10 years. I have been a volunteer to various holiday clubs in the past.
My most recent experience was working in a local pre-school for 6 years with 2-5 year olds following the EYFS.
I recently had my first Ofsted inspection and was graded "GOOD" I can send the link to my report if you would like to see it.
My Qualifications
I currently hold an NVQ level 3 CCLD. I am first aid trained and have completed the CYPOP 5 with Pacey.
My Availability
My availability is Monday to Friday. I currently have full time vacancies and before and after school vacancies for Theydon Bois Primary. I am able to drop off and collect from local pre-schools and nurseries.
I'm available everyday during school holidays.

My fees are £6.50 per hour, I can offer a full time, part time or term time contract.

I'm a full time Primary school teacher and can not recommend Jelly Bean Childcare enough, it's simply outstanding!
As any parent, I was so afraid to leave my 8 month old with a new person full time, it didn't take me long to realise that she was in the safest hands possible, I now drop my daughter off with the biggest smile in my heart!
Adele is fantastic! From the smallest thing to the biggest, she's competent at it! Adele is extremely flexible and accommodating no matter what! She listens and respects suggestions and wishes, in other words whatever you ask her she'll go that extra mile!
She's provided my daughter (8 months to 18months) with nutritional meals, stimulating activities and essential developmental milestones for example crawling. She GENUINELY and TRULY cares about the children in her care.
My daughter adores Adele - she's ALWAYS happy to see her and content in her care. Adele has been extremely supportive and a stability factor in our lives through challenging times in our personal lives. I'm extremely thankful for her hard work and commitment. Her experience and knowledge of child development and needs is invaluable and has been every penny worth! Adele is organised and very professional, which is very important in my opinion, you always know where you stand with her.
She is honest, approachable and like I've said before flexible - nothing is ever too much trouble. She does SO MUCH MORE than what is expected of a childminder, I cannot count how many times she's helped me out in difficult situations due to my own work commitments.
Do not hesitate, you can really not go wrong in choosing Jelly Bean Childcare!
