About Me
11 years experience working in childcare, first as a Children's Health Care Assistant and Nursery Nurse. Currently I work for a nannying agency. I am looking to start work as a permanent nanny. I love working with children. I am outdoorsy and like to get the children out and about playing and exploring local parks, zoos and museums etc, and finding new adventures. But I also enjoy helping the children learn through arts and crafts, problem solving games, puzzles and stories. I am happy to help with all homework and assist teaching children to read and write using phonics. I am looking for 3.5 or 4 long days.
My Experience
I have worked as a health care assistant in the royal alexandra children's hospital for 6 years . This has given me knowledge and experience working with children with different medical conditions and additional needs. I have also worked part time at two nurseries. I did childminding for 9 months whilst I studied for my childcare diploma. I have been working as a nanny for six years.
My Qualifications
CACHE level 3 childcare diploma for the children and young persons workforce. Paediatric first aid trained.
Up to date DBS
Level 2 health and safety course.
Introduction to child protection course.

Lucy and Toby are fantastic childminders, our little boy has been going to them for about 4 months and the change in him is amazing, he has a few special needs with his learning and social development and lucy has been amazing with the help and encourgment that she provides him, he is becoming more confident and is now interacting with some other children.
I would like to thank them for everything they do and would highly recomend them to anyone looking for a lovely and homely childminder.
