About Me
Hi, my name is Lydia, I’m 35 and I live in Southampton (Bitterne Park). I am very friendly, caring and reliable and I love looking after children, I find it so rewarding watching them grow and learn! I live with my husband and 2 daughters, aged 9 & 13. We have 2 dogs, so are often out walking them, we love being outside especially in the forest and we love a bike ride! I have a full driving license and my own transport.
My Experience
As well as being an experienced mother of 2, I have a level 3 CACHE diploma in Childcare and Education. I have completed a Common Core Skills and Knowledge course, I have a current DBS and a Paediatric First Aid certificate. I am also Ofsted registered meaning families can benefit from Tax-free Childcare.
I have had experiences in Nursery's, Pre-schools, Primary School's and have worked for a number of families as a nanny.
I currently work 4 days a week for a lovely family, looking after their 2.5 year old twins (as well as their 5 year old when she isn’t at school). I take them to regular toddler groups, a twins group, we often have mornings out to the play park, feeding ducks as well as lots of garden time and activities at home.

Currently available all day Wednesdays and I will be available every day from September.
School hours or early afternoon finishes are desirable other days due to having my own children but can be discussed. Willing to be as flexible as possible.
