Hi there, my name is Gayle. I am a 39 year old female who loves my career with children in which i have upheld since i was 17 year old. I am fun and active, and very much a family girl. I spend alot of time with my nephews and nieces, family and friends where i can. I enjoy swimming in my spare time and working on credit courses online to further my career.

My Experience
In the 19 years I have been qualified, I have worked in nurseries in a deputy manager position.
I ran both curriculums and was the asl officer working closely with other professionals.
The last 6, 7 years I have worked with children and their families in their homes from birth to 16 year old.
My Qualifications
2001 - 2004: NC, HNC in Childcare and Education. Also Holistic Health Development and Behavior Higher at Stevensons College.
2012 - 2014: BA in Childhood Practise Degree level 7s and 8s.
In between these years i have worked on credit courses to further my knowledge such as Leadership in to Management, Understanding Autism, Challenging Behavior.
