About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder.
I have been a childminder for 15 years which I find so rewarding. I offer a diverse, warm, homely environment that places children and their families at the heart of my practice. I am a fully qualified level 3 childminder and I have a degree in psychology and currently studying my Masters in Psychology of Mental Health and wellbeing which is supporting my understanding of children’s emotional development. I have worked for 11 years along side an assistant who has a foundation degree in early years and currently training as a early years teacher. Due to house move I am relocating to Market Harborough at the beginning of September. I pride myself on providing an exciting range of activities that support children’s development. I believe in offering children opportunities to learn through play and self discovery linked to each child’s interests. I create a learning journey folder for each child where together we can share and celebrate their achievements. I have a playroom and garden dedicated to childminding. I offer high quality care and educational experiences similar to what maybe found at a nursery but within the comfort of a home from home environment with the continuity of the same carers throughout your child’s time with me.
I will be visiting farm parks, parks, local baby groups and play and stay settings with the children on the weekly basis.

My Availability
I provide quality childcare in a caring family environment with a wide range of fun & stimulating toys, books and equipment for all ages of in a dedicated playroom and garden.
Activities include sensory play, exploration of natural resources, learning through play, baking, singing, reading stories, craft, playing outdoors, visiting local playgroups and lots more fun.
My working hours are 8am-5:30pm( I can be flexible if needed) Monday-Friday all year around. ( my holiday’s dates will be provided around November for the following year) I can also offer care in school holidays for children who attending term times only settings or schools.
I provide one to one care to each child, helping with their development and any specific needs.
I provide hot lunch and snacks during the day, which included in the hourly rate.
I do offer discount for siblings or special rate for children on a full time basis.

Viktoria has been our childminder for more than 8 years by first looking after our daughter from the age of 2, after she started school she still attended Viktoria’s school holiday care and she loves it there, despite being 10 years old Viktoria makes sure she has fun. Coming out of Covid our daughter suffered with severe anxiety, she saw two separate councillors and I have to say we felt that Viktoria helped her get through it more than either of them.
It was an easy decision to send our son to the same setting from the age of 1 as he bonded with Viktoria instantly and she always brought a smile to his face. He was a late talker but with close monitoring and great communication between Viktoria and us both we both helped him developed really well and now he is ready for school. We couldn’t ask for a better childminder, we will still take our children to her when she moves to Market Harborough from Kibworth during the school holidays too!

Viktoria has looked after my son for a year, he started with her at 12 months old. He never settled into nursery but very quickly took to Viktoria, walking in happily to her home. I know when he is with her he is well taken care of while Im at work. My son has made friends with the other children his socail skills are far above his age im sure this is due to being with Viktoria. She has helped his speach immensely, reading books and giving him lots one to one attention. The bright play room is filled with lots of toys, crafts and activites leading onto a garden where my son would spend all day if he could. I highly recomend Viktoria Thanks
