Hi my name is Becky, I am a currently working as a Nanny.
I am a caring, friendly, enthusiastic and approachable person, who cares alot about meeting the needs of children. I have passion in what I do and I absolutely love my job, I enjoy having fun, being creative and entertaining children. I am confident in entertaining children with plenty of activities such as art & craft, trips out, reading, singing, painting and colouring as some examples. I want to provide children with plenty of experiences to gain knowledge and develop their skills.

My Experience
I have had experience in a Day Nursery and also in a Primary School as part of my college work placements where I then got a part time job in the Holiday Club at the school working with children aged 4-11 years old.
After finishing 4 years of college I went straight into a live in nanny position looking after 3 lovely boys aged 7, 5 and 2.
I then started nannying for a family with 6 wonderful children, in which I had toddler and newborn experience.
I cared for 3 children, aged 3 and twins aged 1, unfortunately circumstances changed after only a few months.
In my current position I have been working as a nursery assistant at a mothers retreat caring for newborn babies.
My Qualifications
CACHE Foundation Award in Caring for Children/ Level 1 Childcare, Graded Distinction.
CACHE Level 2 Diploma in Childcare & Education, Grade A.
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare & Education, Grade A
Paediatric First Aid Award.
Level 2 Sports Leadership Award.
Level 2 Communication Skills.

Bekkilou looked after my three and a half year son over a period of 4 weeks this summer, whilst I worked from home. She was professional at all times, and as a nervous parent she inspired me with confidence. She had lots of fun activities up her sleeve and had an excellent manner with my son. She reminded us how to play. The house has never been as calm since!
