About Me
Hello! My education background is mainly in Illustration and Fine Art. I completed my BA degree in London. I’m now studying a MSc in Art Psychotherapy part time where the focus is supporting mental health through image making. I have work experience in a primary school working 1:1 with children as a trainee Art Psychotherapist.
My professional background is in various areas of childcare and care. I enjoy doing creative activities with children and learning through play. I have worked in a specialised mental health school and SEN roles within primary schools.
My Experience
My most recent role was an Early Years Support Worker in a Nursery, previous to that I had a Nannying position for 5 year old twins. I have experience working privately, doing school runs and working with ASD. I taught English in Beijing a couple years ago. I’ve 2 years experience in nurseries, 1yr permanent and 1yr through agencies which gave me experience working with ages 3 months to 5 years in a Nursery environment. I’ve also experience as a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant in Primary Schools and after school clubs which gave me experience with ages 5 to 11 as well as additional needs.
I’m a hands on nanny who gets involved and plays with the children, creating fun learning/creative activities.
