My Experience
I have previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner caring for children from the ages 6m-4yrs old.
I have worked as a Private Nanny for a family of three, including a newborn, for around three years. During this role I took the children to and from school, attended groups such as music, toddler groups and swimming lessons.
I have also been a Babyroom Manager. During this role I planned activities and managed a small group of staff and students.
I currently work as a Teaching Assistant/Higher Level Teaching Assistant. During this current role, I plan and deliver lessons working alongside the National Curriculum. I have a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
I also run the schools After School Club which involves planning and carrying out a range of activities, planning and providing healthy snacks and supporting children with their homework.
My Qualifications
I am a CACHE Level 3 qualified childcare professional gaining three B's at A Level. I also have a qualification as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
I have a Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Qualification.
I have trained in the Rainbows Grief and Loss programme, Compass Buzz Mental Health courses and Lego Therapy (supporting children with Autism)
I have a wide range of experience with children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities.
