About Me

I am a qualified Teacher I am a qualified Early Years, KS1 and KS2 teacher with 13 years experience of teaching in schools. I am now looking to use my extensive and varied skills within a family setting. I am a passionate educator and child carer who is looking for a temporary or permanent daily nanny position. I live in Mitcham, CR4.

My Experience

I have experience of teaching children up to 11 but have mainly specialised in children under the age of 6. I also have experience of working with children up to the age of 16 as a summer camp worker and a volunteer in a special school.
I have excellent knowledge of child development and hold the ability to plan a schedule of stimulating activities, experiences and play opportunities to meet the child's emotional, social, physical and learning needs. I can provide a safe and nurturing environment and have an enthusiastic and fun outlook.

My Qualifications

BA(QTS) (hons) 2:2 in Teaching Studies with Theology and Religious Studies and Science

GNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care

GSCE in Child Care and Development.

My Availability

I am available 7am-7.30 pm Monday to Friday. I am also available in the evenings or at Weekends for babysitting.
