Absolutely Amazing!

Vicky and I have had a long term relationship spanning a period of 8 years as she has looked after both my daughter and son - both from the age of a year right up to starting school.

There are no words to describe how dedicated and passionate this lady is about children. The bond she develops with each child is truly genuine.

Her knowledge of the EYS framework is second to none. You can trust that your child will be properly developed within her care to be ready to take on the next developmental challenge.

Vicki is a straight talking individual. Be completely honest with her about everything including concerns and it will be reciprocated. This guarantees the very best care provided for your child.

As a person she is completely selfless, caring and goes over and beyond that of a childminder.

I am so grateful to have had Vicky in mine and my children's lives for the best part of a decade.

The Best of the Best! Gutted to be leaving Vicky!

Vicky is an exceptional childminder, and from the get go you just automatically feel so comfortable leaving your child in her care! I was looking for a childminder who takes children out during the day, exploring different settings and I could not have asked for more from Vicky - she is always looking for different ways/things for the children to do to encourage their development and learning. The best sign you have is when your child runs into Vicky's house without saying goodbye to you at the door, because she is so excited for the day to begin! I am so grateful for the time my daughter had with Vicky, and she has come on so much since being under her care - we are gutted to be saying goodbye and only leaving due to relocation! She also becomes a true friend to the parents of the children she looks after and always wants to make sure the parents are okay too :) Don't look any further for a childminder, you found the best here!

Vicky is simply the best!

Our daughter attended Vicky's from 10 months until she was nearly three as we relocated to the Midlands.
Throughout the two years our daughter was in Vicky's care, she thrived and became an independent, confident and happy toddler.

We would highly recommend Vicky. She has such a caring nature and treats the children she looks after as if they were her own.
It's ashame our second daughter will not get the benefit of having Vicky as a childminder. She really is the best!

Highly recommend, is amazing with my little girl

I have been with Vicky since my little girl was 1 and will be staying until she starts school. Vicky is there with advice when you need it and will really encourage the children’s development. They are doing activities all the time and making lots of friends, but will also be honest at times when she has been a little madam. Vicky was recommended to me so I want to recommend to anyone looking for an experienced childminder who you can trust 100%.

Professional, warm and caring

My son was with Vicky and Stacey for 3 years and, the only reason he left, is because he started school in September, out of the area. I cannot recommend them enough.

As a first time Mum, I was very nervous about leaving my baby and wanted him close to my work place. I therefore enrolled him in a nursery, but, unfortunately, it was not the right environment. Luckily, a colleague recommended Vicky to us and, upon meeting her and her care assistant, Stacey, they instantly put my mind to rest. Vicky is very professional and she eased me into the process, giving me the time and support that I needed.

Additionally, Vicky offered me support and guidance when I needed it and, more importantly, she was always amenable and happily gave her time. Which, as a first time Mum, I found to be invaluable. Drop offs were no longer a problem, I would have to say goodbye, before the door was opened, because he would run into the house in excitement!

Even when we moved out of the area, he continued to stay in their care. There were lots of reasons for this, but mainly because Vicky has the same expectations, values and boundaries as we do at home; providing consistency.

In conclusion, the early-years support provided by Vicky is outstanding; she adapts to the individual needs of the children in her care and tailors their support. My son is now in year R and all of my concerns about his transition have been allayed, something which I believe is due to my partnership with Vicky and Stacey.

I honestly can't recommend them enough they have made such a difference in all our lives and we can't thank them enough!

I’d be lost without her!!!

My little boy has been with Vicky since he was 7 months old. He will be 2 in June.
Since our very first meeting, Vicky made me feel at ease. As a first time Mum, having to go back to work, I was nervous about leaving my baby. Vicky eased me into the process and gave me the time and support that I needed.
I looked around various other settings - nurseries and other childminders but no one put me at ease like Vicky and Stacey did.
Vicky is always on hand to offer support and guidance and is never too busy to answer any questions or give encouragement when it’s needed.
Knowing that Vicky has the same values, expectations and boundaries as we do at home means that my little boy gets consistency between us both.
My little boy absolutely loves it with them. He talks about Vicky and Stacey constantly at home! When we arrive every morning, he cannot wait to go in and see his friends. So much so, he often forgets to say goodbye! He is so settled and confident, it makes dropping him off so much easier.
I am now thinking about his schooling and working a a plan to keep him with Vicky for as long as she’ll have him.
I cannot recommend Vicky and Stacey highly enough. They are kind, patient and caring and will absolutely look after your child as if it was their own. What more could you ask for?

Vicky is one of the family

We have had Vicky as our childminder for nearly four years and she is fantastic. She is fair and kind to the children and they love spending three afternoons a week with her after school. It is a lovely feeling to have peace of mind when I am at work, knowing that Vicky is caring for our children. She has never taken a day off sick, has always been supportive and I go to her for advice and guidance due to her extensive knowledge and experience of children. The best thing about Vicky is that she is dedicated to her job and making the children in her care happy, supporting their growth and nurturing their own personalities and interests. We see her as a member of our family and she plays a significant role in our life.
