I’m currently studying an access to health science course in the hope of eventually becoming a child nurse. I currently work in the childrens hospital and I also work as a covid -19 vaccination administrator working in the mass vaccination centres.

• Do regular planning following birth to three matters and the foundation phase.
• Set out a range of stimulating activities for babies and young children.
• Work with small groups of pre –school children helping them gain knowledge in numeracy and literacy by working on a variety of different activities.
• Change nappies and assist children in toilet training.
• Doing a range of outdoor activities and making them enjoyable for children.

Whilst working for acorns nursery I have gained my CCLD level 3 in childcare and education qualification and also have qualifications in first aid, child protection and food hygiene

As a school leaver I wanted to gain some experience within a childcare setting so I volunteered to work in a private nursery throughout my 6 weeks holidays my duties within the nursery were:
• To communicate with children of all ages through a variety of different activities
• Assist in helping babies and toddlers to sleep
• Assist in nappy changing
• Gave ideas with freeze boards and planning

Interests and activities

I have a wide range of hobbies, such as going to the gym, attending exercise classes and socialising with friends. I enjoy going abroad to visit new countries and learn other cultures.

My Availability

I am available weekday evenings and weekends, from September 2021 I will be furthering my studies so I will only then be available evenings, weekends and school holidays. Thank you,
