we are team of small group that works in individuals families...
I believe children are individuals, with their own personalities, likes and dislikes.
They have their own feelings and wishes and I think that people around them have to be able to teach and show how to develop them.
that is the main reason we keep a record to see what works for individuals before we select the best nanny to work with you.

I fully understand that children receive lots of love from their parents and therefore, I should make sure that they get the same from me.
They develop physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually and we would be able to help them along the way. I have good experience working with children aged 0-16.
I also have over 10years of experience working with any kind of children at different ages.
i can organise an educative programs and games because I believe programs help them to develop their physical abilities as well as intellectual. With my experience and ability, I strongly believe that I can apply my knowledge to new children with any background. I belive any of us that will work with your family would be a great candidate for this job.
My Experience
I have experience of well balanced, happy children as well as those from very different backgrounds including children with Global Development Delay, Aspergers, Learning Difficulties and disabilities, allergies and those suffering trauma and abuse so I can offer a sensitive, compassionate, structured and safe environment for your child in line with your requirements. After all you are the parent and I want to work with you to create a consistent approach so your child/children are brought up according to your requirements and not confused by different parenting techniques.

Overall
I met Mulkah Over 3 years ago and I bless the day we met. She is confident, dedicated, reliable, caring and highly professional. She is the best nanny anyone could ever ask for. She understands my daughter so well and they work very well together. She taught my daughter so many things within a short period of time. She is so strict yet so loving. She is very outspoken and comes up with lots of very helpful ideas that do work. She keeps daily register which is very helpful. We miss her so much. My only regret is that Mulkah and her family have moved to Luton, meaning I now need another nanny which is very painful and stressful.

Mulkat is very organise and likes to do everything properly, she is a mother herself and will make sure that your children are covered with their needs.
Leaving my son in good hands made relaxed. Hadi felt comfortable an cofident surround of a family atmosphere and lovely person. Mulkat has always helped me in difficult times for me and my little one, she had began someone special for us and I wish her the best.
