From day one, Sue and Jess have been professional, communicative, loving and so reassuring. Leaving your little one in childcare for the first time is such a big thing, but those worries very quickly disappeared.

J started with them at 8 months old and has been so loved and supported. He’s growing into such a sociable, confident little boy, which I genuinely put down to feeling safe and secure. Sue and Jess go above and beyond with activities, both at home and out and about – last week, they took the children to a pumpkin patch (very cute).

Sue’s house is spotless and so well equipped for the children, and both Sue and Jess are incredibly flexible (more than than they need to be). They also have a dog and a cat, which has been such a lovely experience for Jude. I know this might initially be a concern for some parents, but it’s been wonderful for his confidence around animals and learning to respect them.

We’re moving, so sadly we have to say goodbye with a very heavy heart. Whoever takes Jude’s place will be incredibly lucky, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Sue and Jess more. They’ve not only given Jude so much love and support, but have also been there for me too. All the little chats at drop-off and pick-up have meant more than they know.

And if all of that doesn’t convince you, Jude practically climbs out of my arms when I drop him off – I think that says it all...
