About Me
PLEASE NOTE due to the loss of my 23 year old son due to sepsis I have taken a break my childminding. At the moment I need time and will review my options again when I am feeling up to it. Thank you for you understanding xx
I have been a Registered Childminder since 2001 and am qualified to level 5. I have lots of experience and lots of resources for all ages. My longest attendee has been coming to me 14 years in March 2020 and only left because covid meant mum working from home. A lovely reflection on the care she has received here with me.
Sept 2022 no longer adhering to such strike rules.
Covid-19 has changed the daily running of my business and I am doing everything I can to keep the children safe. Until the children return to school under almost normal circumstances I will not be taking anyone on outings. When things ease I will take them to large isolated area such as Halkyn Mountain, Worlds End as these are not heavily visited by others. All carpets have been removed, a leather suite has been purchased to ensure easier and more effective cleaning, outside play is practiced as much as possible, no parents/carers enter the house for pick-ups and drop-offs. These strict rules are enforced at all times and this includes evening, weekends and other visitors. I have a good supply of PPE and disinfectant for all areas.
I OFFER THE 30 HOURS FREE FUNDING.
We do cooking on a regular basis and most of the time you will get to sample their delights. Crafts are also a regular activity. We go to local Toddler groups, Jumping Jack play centre etc. The Ice Cream Farm and The Candle Workshop are our favourite day trips.
I cater for older children too, with access to Nintendo Wii, Xbox, DS, Lego, cookery, VR headset and much more.
I can guarantee your child will have some fantastic memories from their time with us.
I pick up from schools in Mynydd Isa.

I am also a photographer, so you will get some lovely memories captured to keep for ever. Please note I do not put work pictures on any sites and your permission to take them will be needed before I take any. I then email them or load them onto a memory stick if you provide one. None of them will be displayed on the internet and this is stated in my policies.
My Experience
I can provide references if required and full copies of my latest inspection is to hand if you would like to take a look (or a copy). I have extensive food knowledge and provide meals. Food Hygiene report also available.
I can always arrange for you to speak to current parents of the children in my care if this would help to ease your mind.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Fees include- lunch, and drinks, toddler fees and trips out.
£39.00 per day.(max 9hr charge) any additional = £5 per extra hour

My LB was 7 months old when he first came to Tracie’s, I was so apprehensive to leave my baby with anyone but 2 minutes into our first meeting I was put at ease, her kind loving nature shon through her huge smile, I knew then Tracie was the Childminder for us. Over the 3 years of my LB being in this setting he’s flowered, Tracie puts so much into them, he loves her so much and she is very special to our family. I can’t recommend her enough to be the one to look after your world. She’s more than just a Childminder, she Cares! X

I have a 5 year old little boy and a 1 year old little girl, my two children both love going to see Tracie. I consider myself very lucky to have found Tracie and we have become good friends.
Before going to Tracie my 5 year old attended a nursery and didn't enjoy going he hated me dropping him off there and was very shy. What a difference arriving at Tracie's is now in the morning no tears and I have to say as a parent this is massive plus.She is ALWAYS very flexible and accommodating.
Tracie teachers and helps your child develope whilst in her care and works with you be it potty training or helping with reading/writting.Tracie provides a variety of activies for children from baking, crafts and days out which parents can go on too. Both my partner and I love hearing and seeing what they have done through out the day.
I would highly recommend Tracie to anyone

My LB was 5 months old when he first started going to Tracie’s and I’ve never looked back. He’s come on in leaps and bounds and I can highly recommend everything she puts into her children. My LB is happy going in and smiling coming out. She offers so much from Playgroup’s to days out, also offering the parents chance to come along too.
In the 18 months that my sons been attending, Tracie is classed as a very special friend. Anyone who are lucky enough to get Tracie as there childminder will always be happy 😃

Tracie has been amazing with my little girl, she loves going and since she started with Tracie I have never looked back. Tracie is very professional and a natural with children. She provides a perfect environment for your little one and goes above and beyond in accommodating you. I really couldn't recommend anyone better than Tracie.

My daughter Evie has been cared for by Tracie since she was a year old and she is now nearly 3 she always has a fantastic time when she is there, Evie loves to bake with Tracie and they always do lots of lovely craft, they also have nice trips out to toddlers which is great for mixing with other children. Tracie is a great care giver and I am happy and confident when I drop off Evie that she will be very well looked after, the next best thing to mum!.
