When my husband and I began discussing our childcare options I was keen to find a childminder and my husband a nursery. We agreed to look at both options and booked a few visits to get a feel for what we preferred. We arranged to meet Kelly and instantly we knew we wanted Frankie to have a home from home experience and that Kelly’s home was the right environment for him to flourish. Kelly’s natural, warm, caring nature and passion for the job came through instantly during our visit. She talked positively about the minded children, their families, and the impact she has on them. She blew us away with her professional and compassionate attitude. Kelly’s attention to detail means that she is always considering the children, thinking about their routines, what their next learning points are, how she can engage with them and support them at every step. Her attentive nature means that she is able to meet our son's needs because she knows him so well she can adapt according to his changing needs. Kelly is constantly reflecting to ensure that the children are having the best experiences with her. My son has made extremely good progress, he has the most amazing relationships with Kelly, her family and the other minded children. Kelly is the most amazing person and childminder and I am sure she will be a life long friend.
I honestly can’t thank Kelly enough for everything she has done for us and my son. It is not often you find a childminder who genuinely cares as much as Kelly does, yet still maintains a professional balance. I am grateful that we were so lucky to find Kelly.
