I required a child minder unexpectedly, having not engaged such services previously. I asked her to care for our daughter without even meeting her. I chose Michelle based on her profile. It was very risky, very unlike us, but we had no choice due to the circumstances we suddenly found ourselves in.
Our 2 year old daughter has thrived in Michelle's care, her speech has come on massively and her personality. Our daughter will speak about Michelle every day she is not in her care, her weekends are spent asking what time she is being dropped to 'Michelle's house'.
I can 100% say Michelle is the best thing to happen to us and our daughter and we are so grateful for her, I have nothing negative to say about Michelle and no concerns whatsoever.
She is a decent, hard working individual who I can highly recommend and has an excellent routine and structure in place for the children.
