Elsie started with Michelle in September when she was two and a half, after her previous childminder had to cut down her hours. Elsie can be very shy when meeting someone new, but Michelle immediately put her at ease and made her feel so comfortable and welcome.

Since starting with Michelle, Elsie has grown so much. Her confidence has blossomed, and now she happily runs over to Michelle and straight into the car each morning without hesitation. Seeing how happy and settled she is speaks volumes about the care, patience, and kindness Michelle shows her.

As a parent, it’s the most reassuring feeling knowing your child is safe, loved, and in such good hands every day. We are so grateful to have found Michelle and would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a caring and trustworthy childminder.
