Natalia has been our nanny for nearly two years, caring for our daughter from the age of 12 months. She fills the days properly: they are out every morning at playgroups, classes, museums or city farms, and she finds these herself rather than waiting to be asked. She keeps me updated with photos throughout the day, which has made an enormous difference to my peace of mind as a working parent. She is firm and fair, and I have never once felt concerned about my daughter's wellbeing when they are out together. At the end of every day my daughter runs to her for a hug, which tells you more than anything I can write here. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
