Jini helped us out for a month this May while our nanny was away unexpectedly, and did a fantastic job. She took on both our complicated child pick-up drop-off arrangements and the responsibility of helping out with our young puppy without hiccup and with great enthusiasm. She is warm and loving and the children bonded with her quickly and easily. We still use Jini from time to time on an ad hoc basis, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
