The end of a beautiful chapter
Choosing someone to care for your child is such a huge decision, and from the very beginning we knew our daughter was in incredibly safe and loving hands as she has been so happy in Jolanta’s care. She has always looked forward to going, and that alone has been one of the biggest reassurances for us as parents. Over the last two years, we have watched her grow into such a confident, independent and sociable little girl, and Jolanta has been a very important part of that journey. What we have loved the most is that Jolanta has never simply “looked after” her. She has taken a genuine interest in who she is, what she enjoys and what she is learning at each stage. She has encouraged her to try things for herself, taught her to be considerate and polite, and given her the confidence to become more independent. She has also given us lots of little insights and advice along the way, which we have really valued as parents. There are so many memories from these two years that we will treasure, the crafts and little projects brought home, days spent outside, special celebrations and all the everyday moments that might seem small but have made up such a happy childhood for her. The photos and updates Jolanta has shared with us have been particularly lovely and have allowed us to feel part of her days. Most importantly, we have always felt that our daughter was genuinely known and cared about, rather than simply being one of the children in the setting. That is something incredibly special and not something we will ever take for granted. As she starts school, we feel a mixture of excitement and sadness. We know she is ready for this next step, but saying goodbye to Jolanta is genuinely emotional. She has been part of such a significant period of our daughter’s life, from being a very little girl to the confident four-year-old she is today.
Thank you, Jolanta, for all the patience, kindness, encouragement and love you have given her over the years. We feel very lucky that she had you as such an important part of her early years, and we will always look back on her time with you with enormous affection and gratitude. ❤️
