I could not recommend Nicci highly enough. She has looked after my son from 10 months old and the care, love and support she has given has been beyond amazing.
She has helped him grow in confidence, learn new skills and become independent, whilst always ensuring he is happy and safe.
He is completely ready for school now and we feel incredibly reassured knowing Nicci has given him such a wonderful foundation and prepared him so well for his next big step.
Nicci has become such an important part of all of our lives, we are so grateful for everything she has done for us as a family, she has gone above and beyond.
