Obscure excuses, failed to meet 3 times!

After a phonecall, we tried to meet up, but each time she would cancel lastminute and ask to postpone the meeting to the next day due to surprise events: GP appointment (cancelled 1 hour before our meeting), Car issues (cancelled only 10mins before our meeting!), and a 'Meeting' (cancelled only 15mins before our meeting!). Lianna clearly doesnt respect me or my time as a client, she made my day more complex, as I had to keep adjusting my baby's sleep-feed schedule to try allow us time to speak. So I spent 3 consecutive days trying to meet up with her... But she seems too busy and/or disorganised... very unprofessional.

After the 3rd time she bailed on me, I sent the following whatsapp message: "15mins before our 3rd arranged slot. Thats three times youve asked me to reschedule. It seems you are too busy. You have really inconvenienced me these past 3 days as I have had to adjust my babys schedule to allow for us to talk. But each time you have disappointed. Why would you think I would want to meet now? Please delete my number and my data"

Such a shame that you would come on here and leave a poor review and try to tarnish my service..i have worked with many loving, respectable families amd have had no complaints...i have apologised already as the last couple of days have been manic...and i am still currently working as we discussed already. sorry for your lack of patience. And as i said before i wish you well in finding the right person for your family.

One of a kind!!

Lianna is a trustworthy, caring and hardworking childcare provider. It has been a weight lifted off my shoulders to know my son was in her care. She tutored my son and followed a tailor made programme to help him with his speech. Lianna took it very seriously and followed the programme precisely. Both my son and I bonded with her from the very beginning and the progress he made whilst in her care has been visible to us all! I'm very pleased!!

lovely trustworthy babysitter!

Our baby son smiled upon seeing Lianna for the first time. So it started well! She is very good at listening to my directions and I felt safe with her in our home whilst we are out for the night. I would definitely employ Lianna again :)
