CURRENTLY NOT LOOKING FOR A POSITION
Dear Mums&Dads
As a parent myself, I understand how hard it is to go to work and leave your child with someone else. They are the most precious for us in this World, so it is very important that you find someone you can trust.
I am an experienced (7 years) and qualified nanny looking for a lovely family to work for ideally 3 full days.
My name is Andrea, I'm 38 and I live with my husband and two daughters (plus our cat) in Woking Westfield area.
My daughters are 6 and 3 and they attend Westfield Primary School and Pre-school.
Looking forward to hearing from you
My Experience
I used to work for a family in North London as a live in au pair for a year.
They have two children, a 7 years old boy and a 2 years old girl, who used to go to nursery part time. All housekeeping duties, cooking, washing, ironing.
Then I worked for a family with two children, a 4 years old boy and a 7 years old girl. Usual nanny duties, including cooking, ironing children's clothes school drop off, and pick up.
After that I looked after two girls aged 4 and a half and 18 months. Helping to get ready for school in the morning and taking the older girl to school. Organizing playgroups and suitable activities for the younger one. Cooking dinner and keeping the house nice and tidy. As this became a part time position I also worked for a different family at the same time, but on different days. Their little girl was 14 month at the starting date. Preparing healthy meals and visiting local playgroups and parks.
Later I looked after two girls who were 9 weeks and 3 years of age at the start. This was a great opportunity for me to gain experience at looking after newborns. Preparing bottles, later healthy meals to ensure varied diet for the baby. Maintaining the baby's routine, visiting local playgroups, baby classes, singing sessions, going to the park and library.
I also worked for a family in Surrey with a 8 months old baby boy whom I looked after for about a year. We had a lot of fun visiting the wonderful parks and playgrounds in the area, as well as took part in local singing sessions specially designed for babies.
Then I looked after a 5 years old little girl 4 afternoons a week.
We normally walked to the family's home after school where we all had a snack and they played together. I also did occasional school drop offs in the morning and visited local playgrounds with the children.
In my most recent position I looked after a 3 years old little girl and her 8 years old brother for 30 hours a week. It involved getting children ready in the morning, school and nursery drop offs, lunchtime pick up, preparing lunch, afternoon school runs, taking children to after school activities, cooking dinner and supervise homework. My daughter enjoyed coming with me to work greatly and she made good friends with both children. I believe they all benefit from each other’s company by learning to share and also to consider each other’s needs and help one another.
I have excellent references, some of them you can read on the website.
Thank you.

Andrea is a lovely, gentle, calm and loving nanny currently to our daughter whom she started looking after when she was 13 months. As our first child I had rarely left her with anyone but Andrea very very quickly gained her trust and affection. I had absolutely no worries going to work and our daughter has really enjoyed every minute of her time with Andrea. She is extremely reliable (she has never had a day off sick in a year), she is flexible and extremely trust worthy. she is an absolute pleasure to have as a nanny and I cannot recommend her enough.
