We met Renee for a trial and really liked her. She was warm, energetic and very professional, and you can definitely tell she genuinely loves working with babies and children.
She was also incredibly well prepared and brought all her documents, ID and references with her, which really impressed us and made us feel reassured. She shared lots of lovely photos and stories from previous families too.
We felt very comfortable with her and really liked how she interacted with our daughter.
In the end, a close friend unexpectedly became available to help us with childcare, so we decided not to hire a nanny for now.
