We honestly couldn’t recommend Penny highly enough. She looked after our daughter, Millie, from the age of 8 months until she was 2 years old, one full 10-hour day a week, and she was absolutely wonderful.

Penny was always reliable, caring and responsible. She made sure Millie’s days were filled with a lovely balance of fun, educational activities and little adventures. It was so reassuring knowing Millie was in such safe, capable and loving hands. Having Penny able to drive Millie out and about in her own car, with her own car seat, was also a huge bonus and made life so much easier.

Penny has a lovely way with children. She is firm but fair, setting clear boundaries and helping children understand that there are rules to follow, all while making sure they feel loved, happy and cared for.

Most importantly, Millie absolutely adored her. Penny became such a special part of our lives, and although we moved away from the area, we have stayed in regular contact over the years. Millie is now 5, and whenever we return to Portsmouth to visit family, one of the things she looks forward to most is going to see her beloved Nanny Penny!

We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a wonderful nanny.
