Children are based between parents a few miles apart 50/50 shared care. Four children- although eldest is based with Dad majority of time. Ages 15,14,10, 9 years. To work an alternate week shift pattern with; one week at work followed by one week of no work.
Shall normally work 25 hours per week during the 35 weeks of school term time
and 40 hours per week during the school holidays. (Only working every other week)
Slight change to routine on holidays but equal time between parents.
Normal working hours will be 7am to 10am plus 4.15pm to 6.15pm during school term time and 10am to 6pm during the school holidays. Working days will be Monday to Friday.
May be asked to work up to a maximum of two late shifts (oncall) (till 9pm) per
month. These are to be agreed in advance and payment is included within the standard monthly
