We had such a wonderful experience with Beatriz! We were in town for a wedding, and this was the first time we had ever left our 10-month-old baby boy with someone we didn’t know, especially in a hotel rather than at home, so we were understandably nervous. From our very first interaction, Beatriz was warm, kind, and reassuring. She was so sweet and natural with our son, and he became very comfortable with her right away.

Beatriz looked after him for around 7 hours and took such wonderful care of him. She sang and played with him, helped with feeding, put him to sleep, and took him out for walks. We especially appreciated how thoughtful and communicative - sending us her location and pictures while they were out, which gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy the wedding.

We truly can’t express how much we appreciated Beatriz’s help on such a special occasion. She made what could have been a very stressful first experience feel easy and reassuring, and we knew our little boy was happy and in caring hands.
