Lenore was with Anoushka for 2 and a half years, from just 12 months old, and we feel incredibly lucky that she was able to have such a wonderful childminder throughout such an important part of her early years.

From the very beginning, Anoushka created such a warm, loving and nurturing environment where Lenore felt completely safe, happy and cared for. There was a genuine bond and so much love between them, and it was always so obvious just how much Anoushka adored Lenore too. Lenore absolutely loved going to her and still asks about Anoushka all the time now! 🥹❤️

During her time there, Lenore grew so much in confidence and independence. She made lovely little friends, learnt so many new skills, experienced new activities and had so many opportunities to play, explore and learn. Anoushka was fantastic at supporting her development while also allowing her to simply enjoy being a child. We could really see how much she had learnt and grown during her time there, and we always knew she was being encouraged, supported and celebrated for who she was.

Most importantly, we always felt that Lenore was genuinely loved, not just cared for. She was happy, settled and completely comfortable in Anoushka’s home, which gave us such peace of mind knowing she was somewhere she felt safe and secure.

Anoushka was also incredibly supportive and understanding towards us as parents. She was so kind, approachable and flexible whenever we needed it, and we always felt listened to and supported. She went above and beyond for both Lenore and us, and we will always be so grateful for that.

Saying goodbye as Lenore moves on is honestly very bittersweet. Anoushka has been such a special part of Lenore’s childhood and we will never forget the love, care and happy memories she has given her over the last 2 and a half years.

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Anoushka to any family looking for a childminder. In fact, we loved our experience so much that our youngest daughter will also be going to Anoushka when I return to work after maternity leave. That probably says everything! ❤️
