Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Spent a lot of time and effort to hire and employ.
Wasn’t informative about what was happening whilst my daughter was in her care.
Allowed my daughter to go to bed without brushing her teeth, which I didn’t question but looking back at it now basic things like brushing teeth shouldn’t be a negotiation with a three year old.
She worked her last day and on that same morning had me sign some very sensitive paper work to help her with her application for a British passport. Without my knowledge returned all my daughters belongings to my home that same day and left with my house keys that evening.
The next morning I received a email at 6am stating that she was leaving. She gave me no notice and I almost had to leave my job because of this. At no point did she inform me or discuss any issues that she used as reasons for leaving so this why in vain I am writing this review.
She had also left food that was stuck to the floor and I awoke the next morning to find my kitchen swimming with ants.
My daughter was already suffering with trauma caused by bereavement and then I had to try to explain a nanny leaving unexpectedly which has caused more trauma to my daughter.
This lady claims to be professional and kind and nurturing it couldn’t be far from the truth.
Please think twice before entering any sort of legal contract with her as she clearly has no issues of not honouring them and is so unprofessional in her approach. She grabbed at any excuses she could to terminate her employment and none were warranted or valid as no previous discussions or information had been passed on to me prior to the email she sent stating she was standing down.
