About Me
I live just off Cherry Hinton Rd, Cambridge, I have 1 son aged 22.
A quote from one of my charges "I'm really really lovely and give good hugs".
Ideally I’m looking for a baby, a long term playmate on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but will consider less or all days, in the Cherry Hinton Rd/Mill Rd area.
I currently do before and after school on some days, the oldest girl being 9, then 6 and the youngest; a boy who is 4, all lovely, caring and entertaining children .
A baby to keep me company on walks in the park, soft play or music group during the day would be great!
We are a fun and close group, I’ve had all the children from babies, I’d like to keep doing the school runs with the older children and extra days in the holidays, we do lots of days out and craft projects, also imaginative play is very popular, lots of dressing up.
The older children love having a baby in the group and the babies always love the interaction with the older children.
My Experience
I have approximately 25 years experience, from new-born to 17 year old.
I was very honoured and proud to be at one of my eldest girls graduation from Cambridge
My Qualifications
I'm Ofsted registered(first aid and cbs checked), with some amazing references, including my present employer.
My Availability
Full days Monday - Friday or part time hours, most important thing to find the right family.

Tina has cared for our 2.5 year old for three days a week and she's been absolutely great throughout. Our son settled very quickly with Tina at the start and has loved all his time with her ever since. It's even the case that when on family holidays he'll sometimes ask in the morning if it's a 'Tina-day'!
Her years of experience are invaluable and we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to highly recommend her to family, friends and anyone who asks.

Tina has been looking after our little 18 months old daughter since I went back to work when DD was 10 months old. I was really weary of leaving my daughter, but she is so happy with Tina.
They bonded really quickly. When DD hears Tina in the morning, she can’t wait to go to her and they leave with her happily waving goodbye. She comes back in the evenings happy, fed and clean. DD enjoys the other kids Tina looks after very much. I hear her excitedly asking about one of the older girls in the morning as they leave.
Tina is incredibly reliable and very flexible. She is happy to give medicine and look after a grumpy baby during the winter virus season.
Tina has made going back to work so much easier, knowing how much my little girl enjoys spending time with her.

Our DD adores Tina and frequently gets our names mixed up, ie calls me Tina which i take to be a compliment. When i get home and hear them chatting together before DD realises i am in the building i can tell what a fantastic relationship they have!
My husband and I work quite complicated shifts and Tina has been so flexible and supportive of our working lives that our work colleagues are also grateful for her support! I commute to London so it is extremely important to me to know that DD is being well looked after and even after she sustained a burn (at home with me) that required complicated dressings we knew we could rely on Tina to look after her and all the medicines and dressings.
Tina and the little family of charges she has collected around her have been a real source of joy and entertainment to our daughter. She enjoys the excitment of playing with the bigger kids and the responsibility of looking after the little ones all under Tina's watchful eye. As an only child this exposure has been really valuable to her social development.
I can honestly say that if it weren't for Tina i wouldnt have taken on my current more ambitious job, as i can only really focus at work knowing our DD is in totally safe and affectionate hands and i have hugely appreciated Tina's experience and pragmatic approach to some of parentings challenges ( fussy eating, potty training, not sleeping etc) we know we are extremely fortunate to have found Tina.
