Five stars simply aren’t enough to express how grateful I am for the wonderful care and love Jackie has shown my two boys. ❤️

From the very beginning, Jackie made my children feel like part of her family, creating a warm, loving and welcoming environment where they felt safe, happy and cared for. As a parent, there is no greater reassurance than knowing your children are in safe hands, and I have always felt completely comfortable leaving my boys with her because their safety, happiness and well-being have always been her priority.

Jackie is passionate about children’s development and takes her responsibilities seriously. She follows Ofsted guidelines, maintains a clean and safe home, and is attentive to the children’s individual needs, raising concerns when necessary and always putting their best interests first.

She provides a wonderful balance of indoor and outdoor activities, encourages exploration and learning through play, and helps the children develop important skills while having fun. I particularly appreciate the routines she establishes, which help prepare the children for school and support their independence, confidence and development.

Jackie is caring, kind, patient and considerate, and it is clear that she genuinely loves what she does. The biggest testament to her care is that my boys have always been so happy to go to her. Knowing they are not just being looked after but are genuinely loved, encouraged and supported means more to me than words can express.
