Karen is kind, calm, patient and simply lovely.
She knows how to settle and how to find approach to children. My Son was nearly 1 year old when he first went to Karen, She always kept me updated during the day (text, pictures) which made me feel calm at work.
She takes kids to playgroups and parks, also there is a garden in the house.
Every day Karen writes how did the day go (what time Son had lunch, day nap etc.)
Karen is very flexible and understandable and the most important my Son loves her!
