Sonia has looked after my children for the last five years first my son and then my daughter who joined when she was 9 months old. I knew without hesitation when my son left to start nursery that I would also ask Sonia to be my daughter’s childminder. Both of my children settled without any fuss. It meant so much to know they were in a safe, loving, home environment. Sonia played a vital role in those early developmental years, and helped prepare them for their next big step starting nursery. She worked on literacy and numeracy with them and lots of play based learning for example different themed days. They also got to go on many play dates and outdoor adventures including splash parks, odds farm and the gruffalo trail. When my children were away from the setting they would always talk about Sonia and all their friends and even though he left 2 years ago my son remembers Sonia and her lovely family. She provides regular updates on what the children are doing and always sends home crafts for you to keep. She helped create so many special memories for both of them. Leaving your children can be daunting but finding an outstanding childminder helps make it a little easier and I highly recommend this setting. Sonia is dedicated to nurturing those in children in her care. My children over the years have not only been well cared for but have also learned, grown, and felt loved in her care.
