Helen started looking after our 2nd baby boy when he was 4 weeks old, she was amazing with him, my 3.5 year old and us and injected so much positivity and joy into those early days - which can also be a little tricky to navigate on not much sleep! When Helen arrived we always felt so relaxed knowing we were in really safe hands. She could always sense how we were feeling and was very empathetic. She has so much experience managing babies and children, she is a fountain of knowledge and guidance. We wanted Helen in the day-time and some nights to set a very gentle routine which helped our baby eventually sleep through the night by 9 weeks. Helen made those early months so so much easier and our baby is still very calm and easy now. We would 100% recommend Helen to anyone and miss her!
