Helen made us feel supported from the day she arrived, and that feeling has never gone away. As new parents we were nervous and unsure of ourselves, and she put us at ease straight away.

She is extremely knowledgeable and always puts the health and wellbeing of both mum and baby first. At the same time, she gently guided us towards a routine that really worked for our son, and he was sleeping through the night by 10 weeks.

Helen really listens. She would help us work through any problems in person, and she was always available on WhatsApp in between, so we never felt alone. She is punctual, incredibly hard working, and her relaxed approach rubbed off on us. Because we felt calmer, our baby did too, and he has always been a calm and contented little boy.

We can't recommend Helen highly enough. She brought so much joy and warmth to the early weeks with our son. Honestly, working with her is the one thing we couldn't have done without!
