Having been introduced to her via a friend, I first called Helen when my son was 2 weeks old. He would cry almost non-stop but I had no desire to get help because I thought I could do it all on my own. Yet I decided to do a 1 night trial with her and never looked back. Starting with 2 nights a week, she eventually was with us 7 nights a week for the following 3 months or so. She created a gentle and structured routine for our son and throughout passed endless amount valuable tips and information on what & how to do.. not just on the topic of sleep, but literally everything. It would not be an exaggeration to say that almost everything I now know, I learnt from Helen. Even after she left, she proactively continues to guide with her knowledge, positivity and good humour. I would recommend her to every new parent.
