Jess is absolutely incredible in every single way. She has been so much more than a nanny to our boys but become part of the family. We all adore her and she has shown the boys so much love, care and attention. She has an incredible bond with the eldest who is 3.5 years and he is always so happy to see her. She has also formed a great bond with the 16 month old twins. She has gone above and beyond for our family and I am gutted we can’t keep her on!
