As a nursery teacher, I have high expectations when it comes to early years education, and I can honestly say that Maissa exceeds them all.
Both of my children have been in Maissa’s care over the past five years, and I have watched them flourish every single day. They have grown into confident, happy, kind and independent children in a nurturing environment where they are genuinely loved and respected.
From the moment you arrive each morning, Maissa welcomes every child and parent with a warm smile. Her enthusiasm, kindness and passion for childcare are evident in everything she does, creating a calm, safe and happy environment where children feel secure and excited to learn.
The learning opportunities she provides are exceptional. She even carefully plans Montessori inspired activities, sensory play, creative experiences, outdoor learning and educational outings that are tailored to each child’s individual interests, abilities and developmental stage. Every activity has a purpose and encourages children to become confident, curious and independent learners.
Communication with parents is outstanding. Throughout the day, Maissa shares regular photos and videos, keeping us informed and reassured that our children are happy, engaged and thriving. As a parent, this level of communication is invaluable.
Another aspect that deserves recognition is the delicious home cooked meals she prepares. She regularly shares photos of the food she serves, and over the past five years I have been fortunate enough to taste many of her dishes myself. They are always fresh, nutritious, varied and absolutely delicious. It is clear that she places great importance on children’s health and wellbeing.
Before joining Maissa, my eldest child attended both a nursery and another childminder. I can honestly say that Maissa is on another level. The quality of care, education, attention to detail and genuine love she gives every child is exceptional.
Her Outstanding Ofsted judgement comes as no surprise to me. As an early years professional myself, I recognise the high standards she consistently maintains. Outstanding is not simply awarded,it reflects the quality of care, teaching, safeguarding, relationships and outcomes that inspectors witnessed, all of which we have experienced as a family every day.
I did and i would recommend Maissa without hesitation to any family looking for exceptional childcare. She treats every child as an individual, builds strong partnerships with parents, provides outstanding learning opportunities, and creates a loving environment where children truly flourish. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for our family.
