Paula was our daughter's nanny from around four months old until she started nursery just before her first birthday. From day one, Paula became a true part of our family. As a first-time mum, she put me completely at ease and helped me find my feet. She is kind, gentle, thorough and helpful, and the bond she built with our daughter is obvious - she absolutely adores her!

Paula takes real care to understand and adapt to the ever-changing nap, food and bottle schedule, always keeping her routine consistent and comfortable. She was proactive in keeping her stimulated and happy, regularly taking her to local parks and baby classes.
