My family and I cannot thank Tess enough for all of her love, care and support over the past 3+ years. She joined to help with our son just before he turned one in 2022 and worked with us up until two weeks ago when we relocated to California. She was quite literally a god send and I have no idea how we would have managed our busy work and home lives without her!

Tess supported our son through various "firsts" including starting nursery, preschool and becoming a big brother with such love and genuine care. She also supported my husband and I with house moves, birthdays, holidays, planning for our relocation, the arrival of our new baby and so much more. We will be forever grateful to Tess and it goes without saying anyone who has the opportunity to involve her with their child or children will be very very lucky!
