i have used louise now for all three of my boys and can honestly say they see her more of a second mum than a childminder and I never have any qualms on leaving them in her care. she is always keen to take them out and about which they love. I had a bad experience before with a childminder and it took a lot of guts to leave my kids again but louise made us feel so comfortable from the minute we all met. I cant recommend her enough and over the years we have built up a good friendship. the boys love going to hers as there are lots of things to do from playing together or making something in arts and crafts. louises house is clean and welcoming and feels like a proper home. nothing is too much trouble and louise is very approachable should you need help on something. I definetly rate louise an 11/10
